Strong Sleep is made with natural herbs and is generally gentle and suitable for most people, but if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have any health concerns, it’s best to check with a healthcare professional first.
It contains approximately 0.2g (200mg) of liquorice root per tea bag. Liquorice in large amounts may affect blood pressure, though this level is considered low. Again, if you do have concerns, consult your doctor before drinking regularly.
