  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £30.00 (domestic only).

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address
