Returns & Refunds Policy

At Big Tea, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better. Please review our returns and refunds policy below for details.

Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your product meets these criteria, please email us at hello@bigteateas.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).

Exchanges

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@bigteateas.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened tea bags or products.

  • Sale items or promotional offers.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
